Country Music Hall of Fame

Country Music Hall of Fame:

1961-2023

As stated on the website, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s mission “is to identify and preserve the evolving history and traditions of country music and to educate its audiences.” The Hall of Fame was established in 1961 by the Country Music Association. In 1967, a museum was opened on Music Row in Nashville and remained open until 2000. In May 2001, a brand new, $37 million building opened. Here is a full list of inductees since 1961.
